Most client service roles are reactive—tickets, interruptions, and constant “fire drills.” This role is built differently. At

Elite Retirement Group , you’ll own the operational execution that turns signed paperwork into funded accounts and real peace of mind. We have the clients and the growth—what we need is a

detail-driven operations professional

who runs the engine with consistency and precision.

PTO + paid holidays

Direct Primary Care subscription (100% covered primary care access; not traditional insurance)

Paid training on institutional-grade fintech (Orion, Redtail) and a clear path to mastering RIA operations

In-office role (Plover, WI) with a tight-knit, values-driven team

Key responsibilities include:

Manage

account openings ,

ACATs ,

annuity applications , and related paperwork from start to finish

Track transfers and workflows proactively until fully completed—no loose ends

Coordinate between clients, custodians, and internal team members to keep timelines moving

Maintain accurate documentation and updates in CRM/custodian platforms

Provide clear, patient communication to clients—especially when paperwork feels overwhelming

Qualifications

2+ years

in financial services (account opening, transfers/ACATs, client service in banking/investing)

Comfortable navigating

CRMs and custodian portals

(Schwab/Fidelity experience strongly preferred)

Proven ability to manage

20+ open workflows

simultaneously without dropping details
