Overview
Responsible for an ongoing audit and upload of all crewmember training forms/records to ensure Atlas and FAA compliance. The Training Records PRD Temp maintains all crewmember qualification in the AIMS computer system and FAA PRD.

Responsibilities

Maintains all flight crew training records to ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations

Provides crew scheduling flight crew data that determines if a crewmember is qualified and current to perform assigned duties

Audits periodically crew training records to ensure all required documentation and data is in the appropriate training folder and has been uploaded into the PRD and is current

Notifies flight crewmembers of any discrepancies or omissions in their training file

Notifies flight crewmembers when a required document will expire

Responsible for the audit and entry of all Check Airmen and Instructor records

Create and manage data connections and perform quality assurance checks

Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of comprehensive airline training records or related experience

High School Diploma required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline preferred

Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI or competent MS SQL or similar preferred

Must have strong interpersonal, analytical, administrative and communication skills

Collaborates with team members to develop quality, sustainable process solutions

Must possess the personal integrity and administrative skills to gain the confidence of the crewmember workforce

Extensive knowledge of FAR’s as they pertain to Crewmember training records and regulations is a plus
