Senior Marketing Automation & Web Content Manager

Location:

New York – 4 days on site per week

Salary:

$125,000–$145,000 + 9% Bonus Target

Must have the following:

Eloqua or major marketing automation platform experience, enterprise web content management, Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS, CRM management, HTML/CSS expertise, email campaign execution, marketing campaign management, audience segmentation, external communications strategy, web content structure/template creation, and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:

Our growing client is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation & Web Content Manager to lead enterprise marketing automation initiatives, CRM communications, and digital engagement efforts across public-facing channels.

This role will own the execution of email campaigns, external communications, enterprise web content management, and integrated digital marketing initiatives while helping strengthen the organization’s brand presence and customer engagement strategy.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing automation expertise with enterprise CMS experience and technical web knowledge. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, business, and technology teams while serving as a key resource for digital communications, campaign execution, and website management.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and manage enterprise marketing automation initiatives and CRM communications

Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and customer outreach efforts

Manage and maintain enterprise-level web content and public-facing digital experiences

Create and maintain web content structures, templates, landing pages, and digital assets

Oversee campaign segmentation, audience targeting, and communication workflows

Support integrated marketing campaigns, external communications, and event promotions

Collaborate with technical support teams to troubleshoot website and content-related issues

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all public communications

Analyze digital engagement metrics and campaign performance to recommend optimizations

Manage content customization and integration efforts across digital platforms

Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and publish timely, accurate digital content

Maintain CRM data integrity and support campaign reporting initiatives

Ensure web content follows accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility best practices

Assist with ongoing improvements to digital communication processes and marketing technology usage

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Development, or related field

5–8+ years of experience in marketing automation, digital marketing, web content management, or CRM communications

Strong hands-on experience with Eloqua or another major marketing automation platform

Experience with enterprise-level CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager or similar

Strong understanding of CRM management and external customer communications

Advanced proficiency with HTML and CSS required

JavaScript knowledge is a plus

Experience building and executing email campaigns and audience segmentation strategies

Experience creating landing pages, forms, templates, and web content structures

Ability to troubleshoot website/content issues alongside technical support teams

Strong understanding of enterprise digital marketing and customer engagement strategies

Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience within financial services or regulated industries is a plus
