We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Executive to join our growing team.
As an AE at Mate, you’ll own the full sales cycle - from first conversation to closing deals -and play a key role in driving our growth. You’ll work closely with prospects to understand their needs, deliver value, and build strong, lasting relationships.

What you’ll do
Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Lead product demos and tailor solutions to customer needs
Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Provide feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market strategy
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in a closing sales role (SaaS - big plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
A proactive, results-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Nice To Have
Experience selling to B2B / HR / security / tech teams
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
