We’re on the hunt for a

Production Artist

with strong hands-on experience in print production, pre-press, large-format, and digital printing. This is an on-site role working with a fast-paced production team that handles a wide range of large-format and four-color digital print projects. We’re looking for someone who understands the full production workflow, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate, high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

Prepare pre-press production files and ensure files are fully print-ready

Work with production teams to execute projects accurately and efficiently

Maintain quality control throughout the production process

Troubleshoot production files and printing issues as needed

Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding project specs and timelines

Help manage multiple projects while meeting tight production deadlines

Stay current on printing technologies, workflows, and production best practices

Requirements

4-5 years of minimum experience in pre-press, print production, and post-production workflows

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with expert skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Knowledge of color management, file preparation, and imposition

Expertise in print-ready setup for large-format output

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

A troubleshooting mindset with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently

This is a temp-to-hire, onsite opportunity working in Flower Mound, TX, near the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

REMOTE work is not available .

Applicants must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in pre-press, print production, and post-production workflows in a digital/print/large-format environment.
