Title: Executive Communications Lead – Integrated Marketing

Location: Fully Remote (EST Hours)

Duration: 11+ months

Job Summary:

Role Overview:

Integrated Marketing (IM) is operating through multiple, overlapping transformation efforts—including All-In on AI, solution area Big Rocks, organizational evolution, GTM shifts, role clarity initiatives, capacity modeling, and a redesigned rhythm of business (ROB). In this environment, clear, consistent, and high-quality executive communications have become a critical success factor.

To elevate our strategic clarity, accelerate change adoption, and reduce organizational noise, we are seeking a dedicated Executive Communications Lead to work directly with the IM leader. This role will serve as a force multiplier—driving alignment, sharpening narrative discipline, and ensuring our communications to leaders, teams, and stakeholders are intentional, consistent, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Narrative & Storytelling:

Develop and maintain a unified IM executive narrative and storyline that serves as the single source of truth.

Continually refine messaging to reflect evolving strategy, transformation milestones, and organizational priorities.

Executive Communications Development

Draft, edit, and finalize executive-level decks, messages, and briefing materials for LT, ELT, and cross-functional audiences.

Build clear, concise, and compelling narratives that support decision-making and accelerate alignment.

Change & Transformation Communications

Support communication strategy and execution for major transformation efforts, including organizational shifts, GTM changes, and process redesigns.

Create communication artifacts that simplify complexity and drive clarity for all impacted audiences.

ROB Communications & Standardization

Standardize formats, templates, and workflows across the ROB to improve consistency and quality.

Ensure messaging across forums reflects aligned priorities and a coherent narrative.

Audience-Specific Messaging

Tailor communications for diverse audiences while maintaining message consistency across the IM org, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.

Executive Preparation & Briefing

Develop pre-reads, talking points, executive summaries, and briefing kits that enable the IM leader and LT to show up with clarity and confidence.

Anticipate questions, stakeholder needs, and potential communication risks.

Communication Planning & Road mapping

Build and manage a forward-looking communications roadmap that sequences messaging across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.

Partner closely with operations, strategy, and transformation leads to ensure alignment and timing.

Editorial Excellence & Quality Control

Apply editorial rigor, clarity, and simplification to all communications.

Serve as final quality check to ensure bar-raising content that reflects the IM brand and leadership tone.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years in executive communications, strategic communications, or narrative development in a complex, matrixed organization.

Proven ability to distill complex strategies into simple, compelling, executive-ready narratives.

Strong editorial, writing, and messaging skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience supporting senior executives and navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

Familiarity with organizational transformation, change management, and enterprise GTM motions.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and operate with executive presence.

Engagement Model:

Consulting-based / C-User model—designed to avoid adding long-term headcount or requiring senior leader time backfill.

Flexible support with consistent partnership, allowing the IM leader to stay focused on orchestration, decision support, and execution.

Expected ROI:

Reduced senior leader time spent rewriting, clarifying, or re-explaining content.

Faster decision velocity driven by clearer, more structured executive communications.

Improved change adoption due to consistent and intentional messaging across transformation efforts.

Higher-quality, more scalable communications across IM leadership and stakeholder groups.

Stronger executive presence and narrative alignment during a period of significant evolution.
