ATrack Solutions is building an innovative SaaS platform for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, designed to empower clinicians, streamline operations, & elevate quality of care. We are a growing team of technologists, designers, & healthcare professionals transforming behavioral health through intuitive technology & scalable systems.

Role Purpose

Responsible for designing & developing responsive, user-focused interfaces for ATrack’s SaaS platform, ensuring technical excellence, performance optimization, & alignment with product & architectural strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Build and enhance user-facing features that deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end product solutions

Translate product and design requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions

Ensure applications are reliable, performant, and aligned with best engineering practices

Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives

Promote efficient development workflows and support high-quality software delivery

Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for innovation and improvement

Support cross-platform initiatives and evolving product needs

Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented engineering environment

Requirements

3–5 years of professional software development experience

Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)

Experience with mobile development (React Native or .NET MAUI)

Experience with modern design frameworks (Material UI, LESS, SASS)

Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs & microservices

Experience incorporating AI into software development

Professional English communication skills (written & verbal)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Strong problem-solving, communication, & collaboration skills

Driven, results-oriented, & able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be available during core overlap hours for team collaboration

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js or similar SSR frameworks

Experience with .NET / C# technology stack

Experience with CI/CD pipelines & deployment processes

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

Experience in healthcare, ABA, or practice management software
