Responsibilities
The Designer II designs and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. The role conceptualizes graphic design, maintains reference files of templates, creates layout designs, provides communication, and works with a team. The Designer II will design and develop layouts and graphics while incorporating brand design of the Credit Union, build reference files, ensure that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards, and follow best practices. The role also demonstrates solid written and oral communication skills by presenting ideas in a clear, concise, and positive manner. Creativity, time management, critical thinking, and sound decision‑making are important to this position. Additionally, the Designer II will mentor junior designers.

Strong skill level involving problem solving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with various levels of management and other credit union personnel
Advanced graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience reviewing and managing tasks in a project management software
