We’re looking for a Social Lead & Strategist on our Brand Initiative’s team. In this role, you’ll shape the social vision for our golf and tennis initiatives, driving the creative direction, strategic planning, and day-to-day execution that bring these sports to life across platforms. You’ll champion our brand voice and craft content that resonates with our consumers. This is a chance to define how our brand shows up in two of the most tradition-rich yet rapidly evolving sports, blending cultural insight, creative excellence, and strategic clarity to build a social presence that stands out.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.

Ability to create briefs and partner with external agencies

Define platform-specific goals, KPIs, and content approaches.

Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to inform strategy.
·
Create long-term roadmaps for campaigns, content pillars, and brand storytelling.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
·
Experience with agency partnerships. Proficiency in succinct briefing, ability to manage budgets, and manage on the ground work
·
Manage, mentor, and support a team of social media specialists, coordinators, and content creators.
·
Oversee workflows, deadlines, and quality control for all social deliverables.
·
Collaborate with Brand, creative, comms and all cross functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
·
Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Content Development & Oversight:
·
Guide the creation of engaging, on-brand content across all platforms.
·
Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity.
·
Approve content calendars, campaign concepts, and creative assets, in partnership with cross functional teams
·
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
Comments from Manager:
·
Will be located at PHK(WHQ) Beaverton. Schedule may not be a traditional Mon-Fri. May have weekend hours depending on events. Some travel may also be required. Ability to be flexible with schedule is a must.
·
Focus will be Golf and Tennis teams and those seasons are coming into peak busy seasons.
·
This is coverage for a stretch leave coverage but manager mentioned it could be a foot in the door for other Brand opportunities.
·
