This is a remote-first role, but we strongly prefer candidates located in Texas, ideally in the Austin metro area, as periodic in-person meetings and team collaboration may occur throughout the year.

Position Overview
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to help lead client communication, campaign coordination, strategy execution, and ongoing performance management across multiple accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys building client relationships, understands digital marketing strategy, and can manage multiple moving pieces without constant oversight.

You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients while working closely with internal team members across paid media, SEO, analytics, design, and development.

This is not an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts

Lead client communication through email, Google Meet calls, reporting meetings, and strategic discussions

Coordinate campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages, creative, and analytics

Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth

Assist with campaign strategy, launches, budget pacing, and performance reporting

Collaborate with internal specialists, designers, developers, and contractors to ensure projects move efficiently

Help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are consistently met

Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign pacing

Contribute to improving internal systems, processes, and client experience

Occasionally participate in in-person meetings, strategy sessions, or company gatherings within Texas

Qualifications
Required

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment

Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

Experience supporting e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns

Excellent communication and client management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar platforms

Comfortable working in a remote environment with accountability and self-direction

Based in Texas

Preferred

Experience with Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

Experience with project management systems such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Trello

Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress

Design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma is a bonus

Experience working with service businesses, e-commerce brands, or growth-focused organizations

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred

Competitive salary based on experience $65-70K/year
