UX Content Designer / UX Writer
We are seeking an experienced UX Content Designer / UX Writer to create clear, engaging, and high-performing digital content experiences for enterprise web platforms. This role will focus on developing user-centered content that supports business objectives while improving usability, accessibility, SEO performance, and overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in UX writing, content design, and SEO-driven digital experiences, with the ability to collaborate closely with design teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be comfortable working directly within Figma and delivering polished content under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clear, concise, and engaging digital content for web experiences
Create user-centered content aligned with brand voice, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices
Collaborate with UX designers, product teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to support digital initiatives
Translate business requirements into effective and intuitive content experiences
Write and edit UX copy for webpages, components, modals, forms, and digital workflows
Ensure consistency across digital experiences through adherence to style guides and content standards
Optimize content for search visibility and usability while maintaining conversational, customer-friendly language
Work directly within Figma to update and manage content inside design components and prototypes
Review and revise content based on stakeholder feedback and evolving business needs
Support content strategy initiatives across multiple digital touchpoints
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Deliver high-quality work within short turnaround timelines ranging from 1–3 days depending on complexity
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, digital copywriting, or content strategy
Strong experience writing for digital experiences and SEO-focused web content
Experience collaborating with UX/UI design teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
Experience applying accessibility standards and content best practices
Proficiency using AP Style and enterprise style guides
Ability to write in a clear, concise, conversational tone
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong portfolio or writing samples demonstrating UX/content design experience

Daily Responsibilities Within Figma
Edit and update text within components, frames, prototypes, and modals
Navigate layers and design panels within complex design files
Apply formatting updates including typography, bullet structures, and style changes
Ensure alignment with design system standards and content guidelines
Review and manage version history updates as needed
