The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Expert who can own and execute our full‑funnel marketing strategy from day one — and grow into the CMO seat as the company scales. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with daily execution across digital channels, content, partnerships, and growth experiments. You’ll work directly with the founders and have real ownership over how ETalk.ai goes to market.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the go‑to‑market strategy across B2B (educational institutions, corporates, L&D departments) and B2C audiences

Lead digital marketing efforts: SEO, SEM, paid social, email automation, and CRM workflows

Build and manage content strategy: blog, case studies, webinars, video, and social media

Generate qualified leads and partner closely with sales to improve conversion across the funnel

Run growth experiments, A/B tests, and optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI

Own brand positioning, messaging, and PR

Build and scale the marketing team as the company grows

Track KPIs, manage marketing budget, and report on performance to leadership

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B

Proven track record of driving measurable growth (leads, MQLs, pipeline, revenue)

Strong hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Mailchimp, or similar)

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish a strong plus)

Data‑driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset

Self‑starter comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment

Strong project management skills and ability to wear multiple hats

Nice to Have

Experience in EdTech, e‑learning, or corporate training markets

Familiarity with AI/ML products and how to position them

Previous leadership experience or clear ambition to lead a team

Network within education, HR, or Learning & Development industries
