Daily Duties & Responsibilities

Design and build low-code applications using

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

Develop and customize

Dynamics 365

applications (Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations)

Automate workflows and approvals using

Power Automate

Develop and manage

C# plugins and custom workflows

Implement

JavaScript form scripting

Perform integrations using

REST APIs, Azure Functions, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems

Configure

Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules

Implement

role-based security and field security profiles

Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using

Power BI

Manage

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

and deployments

Support production deployments and post go-live enhancements

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Maintain system documentation and follow agency IT security policies

Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and SC InfoSec standards

Provide technical guidance to project teams

Respond to user issues and ticketing requests
