This isn’t a traditional sales leadership role. At Lightricks, you’ll lead a team selling at the forefront of AI, specifically video generation, one of the fastest‑moving categories in tech. Our LTX-2 model powers a growing ecosystem through open‑source innovation, enterprise licensing, and API integrations. We’ve been building in AI/ML for over a decade. You may know us as the creators of Facetune, used by hundreds of millions globally. Now, we’re scaling our next chapter: bringing cutting‑edge AI video solutions to enterprise customers, studios, and creative organizations. This role is about building and leading a high‑performing team in a space that’s still being defined. You won’t just manage, you’ll shape how we sell, who we sell to, and how we win.

What You’ll Do
Lead Revenue & Team Performance
Own revenue outcomes for a team of AEs selling into enterprise accounts
Drive consistent quota attainment through strong execution and accountability
Build a high‑performance culture with clear expectations and urgency
Coach & Develop Talent
Run hands‑on deal reviews, call coaching, and strategy sessions
Elevate team performance across complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
Hire, develop, and retain high‑potential AEs
Build the Sales Motion
Help define and refine go‑to‑market strategy as we scale
Establish best practices across pipeline generation, deal execution, and closing
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve conversion and product‑market fit
Pipeline & Forecast Discipline
Ensure strong pipeline health across inbound and outbound channels
Drive accurate forecasting and clear deal inspection
Improve key metrics: win rates, deal size, and sales cycle
Who You Are

What You Bring
5+ years in B2B SaaS or technical sales
2+ years leading AEs in enterprise or complex sales environments
Proven track record of driving team quota attainment
Experience with multi‑stakeholder, high‑value sales cycles
Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
Experience operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
Willingness to travel as needed
Nice to Have
Experience selling into media, creative, or technical audiences
Familiarity with AI, video, or developer‑facing products
Background in high‑growth or early‑stage environments
Compensation & Benefits
Base: $140,000–$175,000
OTE: $280,000–$350,000 (uncapped)
