Art Director – Consumer Marketing Creative
Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
6-month contract to start, with potential extension up to 1 year.
We are seeking a creative and digitally savvy Art Director to develop high-quality, multi-channel marketing assets for a portfolio of leading consumer brands. This role focuses on driving engagement, acquisition, and retention across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design digital creative for web, email, apps, and paid media
Translate brand strategy into compelling, consumer-facing visuals
Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams
Apply UX/UI and design system principles to scalable, user-focused work
Support motion, animation, and video-driven storytelling
Use performance data and insights to optimize creative output
Maintain organized assets and ensure consistency across channels
Requirements:
6–8 years of experience in design/art direction within a consumer-focused environment
Strong portfolio showcasing digital, brand, and marketing work
Expertise in typography, layout, UX/UI, and visual storytelling
Experience with motion/animation and design systems
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related tools
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Preferred:
Experience in media, marketing, publishing, or e-commerce
Knowledge of ADA-compliant design, basic HTML, and social media best practices
