About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accountancy Manager to support North American and U.S. accounting operations with exposure to global accounting activities. This role requires strong technical and operational accounting expertise under both US GAAP and IFRS, with a major focus on stock‑based compensation and equity accounting.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven finance environment and has strong analytical, reconciliation, and month‑end close experience.
Key Responsibilities
Stock‑Based Compensation & Equity Accounting
Own the end‑to‑end accounting process for stock‑based compensation and equity transactions
Develop, record, analyze, and forecast stock‑based compensation expense under US GAAP and IFRS
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning submissions related to equity compensation
Legal Entity & Intercompany Accounting
Prepare and review monthly legal entity recharges
Support intercompany accounting processes, reconciliations, and out‑of‑balance reviews
Review entity profitability, AR/AP intercompany balances, and translation activities
Assist with global intercompany close activities and reporting
Month‑End Close & Financial Reporting
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
Support month‑end close activities and financial statement fluctuation analysis
Assist with internal financial reporting packages and external disclosure support
Ensure adherence to SOX controls and accounting policies
Controls & Compliance
Support audit requests and compliance‑related analysis
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Assist with administration of financial systems and reporting tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active CPA certification (Required)
7+ years of public and/or corporate accounting experience
Strong technical accounting knowledge under US GAAP and IFRS
Hands‑on experience with stock‑based compensation and equity accounting
Strong analytical, reconciliation, and operational accounting skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Experience with:

BW/BI

Experience with:
Legal entity accounting
Intercompany accounting
Month‑end close processes
SOX compliance
Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively in a highly visible finance environment
Additional Notes
Candidates must be comfortable supporting finance‑driven close timelines and reporting deadlines
Availability during critical finance close periods is expected
