Senior Manager – Brand Identity & Operations
Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. has an immediate opening for a Senior Manager, Brand Identity and Operations to ensure Lutron's commercial identity is expressed consistently and effectively across every touchpoint. This position is based in Conshohocken, PA.

Overview
This is an operator role with strategic edge. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will translate brand identity into clear plans, scalable processes, and disciplined execution. A core mandate is leading the quarterly Brand Identity Review, the central forum aligning Marketing, Sales, Business, and Creative leaders on performance, priorities, and execution.

You will ensure Lutron's voice, story, and presence resonate consistently across the commercial, high‑end architecture, and specification market, strengthening relevance and long‑term brand equity in the design ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Operationalize Lutron's brand identity—messaging, positioning, and tone—across all commercial touchpoints

Design and lead the quarterly Brand Identity Review to align cross‑functional leaders on performance, priorities, and execution

Build and enforce governance frameworks that protect brand consistency at scale

Ensure high‑quality identity expression across digital platforms, campaigns, sales enablement materials, and physical experiential environments

Translate customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis into go‑to‑market direction and strategic positioning

Define and track KPIs for brand consistency, execution efficiency, and commercial impact

Partner with Insights & Research to monitor brand health and inform identity evolution

Streamline marketing operations and workflows; remove friction across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Communications

Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing visibility into execution performance, organizational alignment, and risks

Influence execution across earned, owned, and paid channels to ensure consistent identity expression

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

10+ years of professional work experience in brand strategy, strategic marketing, customer insights, competitive intelligence, or storytelling‑driven roles

Experience in architecture, design, lighting, hospitality, luxury, or innovation‑driven industries strongly preferred

Proven ability to translate insights into strategic positioning, narrative frameworks, and creative direction

Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross‑functional alignment

Proven understanding of the specification community and commercial customer landscape

Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire and align stakeholders
