Segment Producer, Morning News

Job Description:

Research, write and produce strong editorial copy with speed and accuracy
Produce live segments for live morning show
Pitch timely and compelling ideas for segments
Multi-task and juggle producing multiple stories
Quality check all video content
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in broadcast, digital or cable news
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant working experience
Willingness and ability to work overnight/early morning hours
Ability to work flexible hours, under tight deadline pressure, including breaking news.
Excellent editorial judgment and writing skills
Familiarity with iNEWS and video editing
