Global Search Strategy Lead
Dell Technologies' Media Activation Paid Search team plays a critical role in driving demand and revenue through performance‑led search marketing. Operating at scale across platforms, products, and markets, the team focuses on automation, advanced measurement, and long‑term innovation to support Dell's marketing and business objectives.

What you'll achieve
As a Paid Search Strategist, you will play a key role in defining and advising on the strategic direction of Dell's paid search program. You will act as a trusted partner to paid search leadership, providing perspective on platform developments, automation, and AI‑driven capabilities to help inform long‑term planning and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic advisory, platform partnership, innovation & future‑facing capabilities, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Provide senior‑level strategic guidance to paid search leadership on the evolution of paid search, including AI, retail media, and emerging capabilities.

Assess platform, technology, and market developments and articulate their strategic implications for Dell's paid search program.

Engage with key search and technology partners from a strategic and innovation‑focused perspective. Represent Dell in senior‑level partner discussions, providing informed challenge and strategic direction.

Support the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs), ensuring alignment between partner initiatives and Dell's marketing and commercial priorities.

Identify and articulate innovation opportunities within paid search, including new formats, AI‑enabled capabilities, and advanced automation approaches.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Deep expertise in paid search platforms, including SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.

Extensive experience working on large‑scale, complex paid search programs.

Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, platform developments, and market trends into clear recommendations.

Experience operating within a complex, matrixed marketing organization and advising senior stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

Strong understanding of automation, AI, and emerging technologies within performance marketing.

Experience working on strategic initiatives with major technology or media partners.
