Mower is a fiercely independent, 100% employee-owned, full-service advertising, marketing, and public relations agency with team members located across the United States. Our team is looking for a social-first marketer who understands how brands show up online and knows how to create content people engage with. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with experience creating and publishing content for brands across social platforms. The right candidate is organized, curious, collaborative and comfortable working across content creation, publishing, reporting and campaign support. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution, content development and platform best practices.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities – Other duties may be assigned.

Create and publish organic social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads and emerging platforms
Write platform‑specific social copy aligned to audience behavior and brand voice
Design and edit social content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and native platform tools
Support development of short‑form video, carousels, Stories and other social-first content formats
Maintain content calendars and support campaign planning tied to seasonal moments, tentpole events and cultural trends
Collaborate closely with PR, Creative, Media and Account teams to support integrated campaigns and social storytelling
Conduct competitive audits, social listening and content research to identify trends, engagement opportunities and platform best practices
Publish and manage content across channels, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency
Monitor engagement and support community management across client social channels
Pull and analyze performance metrics to support ongoing content optimization
Participate in client meetings, brainstorms and working sessions as needed
Educational Requirements & Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in social media, content marketing or digital marketing
Experience creating and publishing content for brands across social platforms
Strong writing, editing and organizational skills
Experience using Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools
Understanding of platform best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Interest in social trends, creator culture and evolving platform behaviors
Portfolio or examples of social content required
Salary Range: $58,500‑$96,000 annually
Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training and experience.
