Business Development Executive (Senior/ Junior)
Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and engage potential partners in Vietnam through proactive outreach, including phone calls and introductions to our customer services.
Conduct market research to understand client industries and identify local market leaders.
Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including managing project timelines, scopes, client requirements, and expectations.
Attend kick‑off meetings with clients to gather requirements and lead project execution.
Customer and Partner Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in Vietnam.
Arrange, join, and facilitate business matching meetings to foster partnerships.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project completion and achieve project KPIs and completion targets.
Qualifications
Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management and business development.
Capable of handling the task of making phone calls to find customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Commitment and Entitlement
Working with a dynamic environment, professional clients.
Working time: Monday – Friday; from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Working location: HCM office – Sala Urban Center, No. 21-23, B4 street, An Loi Dong ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.
