Title: Multi-skilled technician (carpenter)

Pay Rate: 30-34/HR on W2

Hours: M-F 3pm - 11:30pm

Location: 2400 6th St NW, Washington DC

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

University campus

The role will involve some walking from various buildings on campus

Candidate needs to be comfortable climbing ladders

Team Overview:

Initial training will be done as part of a team but will then move to solo work

Other general maintenance as needed

Furniture assembly

As a Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.
