We currently have an immediate requirement for engineers with expertise in developing ServiceNow Agentic AI Skills and Claude Skills. The ideal candidates should have:
Strong experience with ServiceNow Agent Studio
Familiarity with prompt engineering and prompt libraries
Experience working with LLMs and related frameworks
Ability to build supporting services that function as tools
Exposure to Claude Skills or other major LLM ecosystems
