About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Trade Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Doral, FL. This role will play a key part in driving brand visibility and sales performance across retail and foodservice channels. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on trade marketing experience and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of trade marketing strategies and campaigns

Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive in-store promotions and product launches

Coordinate merchandising initiatives to ensure strong in-store execution

Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, events, and industry expos

Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external partners

Coordinate product sampling and demo programs

Track and analyze campaign performance to support continuous improvement

Ensure brand consistency across all trade marketing activities

Qualifications

Proven experience in trade marketing or a related field

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Experience working with agencies, suppliers, or vendors

Nice to Have

Retail or FMCG industry experience

Experience supporting trade shows, events, and expos

Merchandising execution experience

Experience with sampling and demo coordination

Knowledge of basic trade marketing principles

Experience coordinating with agencies and/or suppliers
