Professional Painter

Our painters perform a variety of duties, including scaffold assembly, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint, and painting interior or exterior walls. Our ideal candidate has previous work experience as a house and industrial painter and is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools to get the job done. Responsibilities:

• Use job specifications to mix and match paint and stains
• Secure trim, fixtures, floors, and furniture from paint using drop cloths
• Clean up work area once project is finished
• Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
• Talk with clients to understand their needs and help them make the best decision

Qualifications:

• Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training
• Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Applicant must have valid driver’s license
• Preference for candidates with 2+ years work experience and completed apprenticeship, but not required
• Physical strength, stamina to stand for long periods of time, and dexterity is required
