Director of Marketing

Prominent company in the Lake Mary area is looking for a creative Marketing professional to help lead its department.

Our client is looking for a Director of Marketing to partner with Executive Management on new marketing initiatives, lead generation, content creation, project management, promotion, and client engagement.

Primary responsibilities would include:

Develop marketing campaigns utilizing traditional and digital marketing techniques

Oversee ongoing updates and content refreshes for the company website, including media assets and routine maintenance

Direct the firm’s internal and external social media presence, primarily LinkedIn

Lead and maintain approved marketing content used in proposals and RFP responses

Serve as content owner for the companies RFP content library

Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of marketing materials, including brochures, tablets, promotion materials, and case studies

Assist with managing marketing budgets and overseeing logistics

Event planning and management for both internal and external stakeholders

Working closely with companies Executives on innovative projects and new marketing strategies

Candidate profile should include:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

10+ years of experience in corporate marketing; ideally in finance, banking, or professional services

Strong digital marketing, social media, and content creation experience

Experience with traditional marketing including print media, promotional items, email campaigns

Strong organizational and communicative skills
