We are seeking a highly skilled individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring our apparel and intimates not only look stunning but also fit flawlessly. In this impactful position, you will be the guardian of garment integrity, directly influencing the comfort and confidence our customers experience. Your expertise will bridge the gap between design vision and tangible product, driving excellence from concept to final wear.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the technical design process from development to final fit for intimate apparel, including bras, panties, lingerie, and related categories

Analyze and evaluate garments to develop correct fit specifications that meet established quality, comfort, and design standards

Participate in and/or lead garment fittings; write detailed fit comments and pattern corrections

Develop technical specifications (tech packs) and communicate fit direction to vendors and factories for approvals and corrections

Make appropriate adjustments with factories to ensure integrity of design-approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price

Ensure products are developed in a manner consistent with manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product development, and sourcing teams

Direct and mentor Assistant or Associate Technical Designers as applicable

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related field, or equivalent professional experience

5+ years of technical design experience, with hands‑on work in intimates and/or apparel

Demonstrated experience owning and/or participating in garment fittings

Proven ability to write detailed fit comments and pattern corrections

Proficiency in Centric PLM (or comparable PLM systems such as Flex PLM)

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator

Must be available to work onsite 4–5 days per week for fittings and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Specific product expertise in bras, panties, lingerie, or intimate apparel construction

Experience with multiple PLM platforms

Background across multiple intimates subcategories (e.g., structured bras, soft bras, shapewear, sleepwear)
