We are partnering with a

well-established organization in the insurance space

to hire a

Production Designer . This is a

fully in-office role

for a

highly detail-oriented, hands-on designer

with strong experience producing

both digital and print assets .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a

fast-paced environment , can manage multiple projects, and takes pride in delivering

pixel-perfect, production-ready work .

Compensation:

$90,000 – $115,000 base salary

(depending on experience)

Full-time, permanent role

In-office (no remote or hybrid)

What You'll Do:

Creative Asset Production

Design and produce

high-quality digital and print collateral , including brochures, presentations, web graphics, and social media assets

Execute and refine concepts using

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and

Figma

Prepare

production-ready files

for both print and digital distribution with a high level of accuracy

Collaboration & Project Management

Partner with

marketing, sales, and communications teams

to bring concepts to life

Manage

multiple projects and deadlines

simultaneously

Participate in creative reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback

Asset Management & Organization

Maintain and organize

digital asset libraries

with strong version control

Implement best practices for

file organization and archiving

Quality Assurance

Review and proof all materials for

accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance

Troubleshoot and resolve production or formatting issues as needed

What We're Looking For (Must-Have):

5–7+ years of hands-on production or graphic design experience

Expert proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)

Strong experience with

Figma

Portfolio required

Proven ability to prepare

print-ready and digital production files

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage projects

from concept through final delivery

Education:
