This role leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Smart Home video camera products, overseeing both hardware and connected software experiences. The position owns portfolio performance, pricing, and go to market execution to drive profitable growth, innovation, and enhanced customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and roadmap for Smart Home video camera solutions, including hardware, software, and connected experiences.
Own portfolio performance including revenue, margin, pricing, and product mix; drive profitable growth and market share.
Develop and execute go to market plans in partnership with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams.
Serve as Product Owner for connected camera products, translating customer insights into features, user experience requirements, and business cases.
Drive fast paced new product development while supporting lifecycle management and continuous product improvements.
Define pricing strategy and guardrails to optimize average selling price and gross margin.
Partner cross functionally to ensure on time, high quality product launches and ongoing operational performance.
Represent the product line with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, supporting brand positioning and innovation messaging.
Establish after sales and service strategies to enhance long term customer engagement and retention.
Support agile execution including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and timeline management.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in Product Management/Marketing
Experience managing Video Camera products
Able to travel up to 25% (1-2 times per quarter) - domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
Master's in Business Administration
Experience with Smart Home and/or IoT services
