About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Ads Marketing Manager to provide interim coverage and maintain momentum across Ads Marketing thought leadership, content programs, and case study development initiatives. This role requires a senior-level marketer with a strong content or creative agency background who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate excels at translating business and marketing objectives into scalable content programs, ensuring continuity of strategy while delivering tangible outputs across web, social, presentations, and events. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, Research, Comms, and regional marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead content program development by partnering cross-functionally to translate insights into compelling narratives.
Shape thought leadership into scalable formats across web, social, presentations, and event channels.
Oversee end-to-end case study pipeline execution from intake through publication.
Collaborate with creative, production, and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency across formats (web, slides, video, social).
Maintain delivery momentum against publishing timelines and business milestones.
Act as a cross-functional connector across Ads Marketing, Marketplace Engagement, and external partners.
Identify risks, unblock decisions, and maintain executional clarity with minimal oversight.
Balance creative storytelling with marketing effectiveness, incorporating performance signals and audience insights.
Required Skills & Experience
8–12+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy, brand strategy, or creative strategy
Experience within content/creative agencies, brand marketing, or B2B marketing organizations
Proven ability to build and scale content programs (not just individual assets)
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and advertiser audiences
Experience translating business objectives into measurable marketing outputs
Ability to operate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Research, and Comms teams
Experience working across scaled distribution channels (web, social, events, paid)
Preferred Skills
Background supporting advertising or ads-based business models
Experience managing thought leadership initiatives in enterprise environments
Familiarity with performance metrics, audience insights, and content effectiveness signals
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
