We’re seeking a

Marketing Coordinator

to monitor performance data, manage recurring reports, and spot trends that help the team make smarter decisions and keep campaigns on track. You’ll act as the connector who keeps campaigns, calendars, content, internal requests, and people moving in the right direction.

What You’ll Contribute
Reporting & Analysis

Compile and review multi‑source performance data for data‑driven decisions.

Create and manage recurring reports on campaigns, channel KPIs, and ROI.

Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.

Maintain UTM, tracking links, and audience tags for accurate attribution.

Support A/B test setup and summarize results across media channels.

Collaborate with management on monthly reviews, scorecards, and ad‑hoc analyses.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

Manage timelines, calendars, and deliverables across marketing initiatives.

Own request intake, triage needs, manage stakeholders, and track pipelines.

Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to deploy assets on time.

Support Marketing Partnerships and Sponsorships, including Sustainability Partnerships as needed.

Content & Asset Management

Support production and organization of emails, social posts, blogs, and landing pages.

Maintain asset libraries for logos, stock images, and historical files.

Manage brand standards and documentation to ensure brand consistency.

Digital Marketing Support

Support organic email campaigns in marketing platforms.

Provide ad‑hoc support for organic social posts.

Assist with website updates, landing page edits, and audits.

Support paid media setup, including UTMs, links, and audiences.

Operational Support

Manage marketing calendar and project management tools.

Track budgets, invoices, and expenses.

Coordinate vendors and campaign/event logistics.

Keep marketing operations and process documentation current.

Manage Branch Marketing, Event Marketing, Customer Relations, and Awards & Accolades submissions.

Facilitate Contact Marketing fulfillment to support sales teams with new business outreach.

Monitor and report digital customer complaints and resolution trends (e.g., Google reviews, social channels).

What Makes a Stand‑Out Candidate
Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, communications, or a related field required.

1‑2 years of marketing experience strongly preferred.

Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.

Project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar preferred.

Experience with website and Marketing Analytics tools such as Google Analytics preferred.

The Work Environment

Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.

Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.
