Position Overview

Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the beauty space, has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior E-commerce Executive. The position will lead and execute the growth strategy for the firm's digital commerce platforms, overseeing D2C operations, CRM strategy, and digital performance initiatives. Responsible for managing website operations, email marketing, customer engagement strategies, and digital analytics in addition to driving revenue growth and optimizing user experience across all online channels.

The role calls for someone highly analytical, hands-on, and experienced in building scalable digital strategies that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy & Operations

Develop and execute D2C/B2C e-commerce growth strategies

Oversee daily management of e-commerce site operations, including content updates, promotions, and product launches

Manage ongoing website optimization and performance improvements

Monitor digital sales performance and optimize site conversion strategies

Digital Marketing & CRM

Develop and execute email marketing and CRM strategies including segmentation, automation, and engagement optimization

Manage customer database growth and lifecycle marketing initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure email and digital campaigns meet performance goals

Test and evaluate digital marketing strategies to identify scalable growth tactics

Analytics & Reporting

Establish KPIs and digital performance metrics

Create and deliver performance reports to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Use data insights to optimize digital marketing investments and website performance

Manage third-party marketing agencies and digital partners

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Product teams on digital initiatives

Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and overall brand strategy

Required Qualifications

7-8+ years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Retail

Prefer experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods

5+ years of email marketing or CRM experience

Shopify experience needed

Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, A/B testing, SEO, and digital content strategy

Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and market share

Experience managing customer databases and digital performance reporting

Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Experience managing D2C brands and omnichannel digital strategies

Experience managing external digital agencies and vendors

Position is located in Nassau County, NY. Flexible hybrid schedule.
