Role Summary
Talent Space is looking for an experienced B2B SaaS professional to step into a highly visible role leading integrated campaigns and cross
portfolio alignment for their AI-driven product. The consultant will shape narrative and positioning across key AI products and partner closely with Brand, Demand Gen, Comms, Product, and Sales/SUCCESS to drive both awareness and adoption. This role contributes to landing our narrative through flagship AI moments - digitally and beyond.
This is a hands
on “player
coach” IC role: you won’t manage people, but you’ll coordinate and influence a distributed set of professionals, marketers, and cross
functional stakeholders to deliver high
impact work while maintaining momentum on key AI value propositions and marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Continuity: In
Flight AI Initiatives
Partner with the team to keep in
flight programs moving, including AI content initiatives.
Support rescoping, content strategy, and cross-functional contributors.
Ensure the program aligns with the broader AI marketing strategy.
Refine the narrative for AI
related connectors and ensure enablement content is up to date.
Collaborate with Product Partnerships, ecosystem, and PMs to clarify ownership and keep deliverables on track.
Partner with demand gen to define content direction and ensure AI storytelling shows up consistently in recurring programs.
Partner with engineering and design to identify lead stories and pull together relevant content, demos, and instructions to support public initiatives.
AI Feature Narrative & Cross
Portfolio Alignment
Own and evolve the AI connectors narrative and message house, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
Drive alignment and pull through of positioning across product, design, and marketing, incorporating customer insights.
Integrated Campaigns & Global Moments
Support integrated campaigns and “global brand moments” for the AI product.
Create and maintain launch/announcement briefs with clear positioning, proof points, and channel plans for AI-related releases.
Drive “Build in public” narrative work with the design team to showcase progress building meaningful improvements.
Ensure the AI product is consistently represented across collections and product stories with a clear “AI for teamwork” point of view.
Event & Narrative Support
Support the analyst briefing(s) and AR deliverables for your AI features, providing the overarching narrative and ensuring cross
functional inputs are integrated.
Contribute to industry events in partnership with the Event Marketing team.
Define event strategy and narrative aligned to business goals.
Facilitate goal
setting and measurement discussions.
Review and approve sessions, booth content, demos, and ancillary programs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Build strong relationships with Brand, Comms, Social, Lifecycle, PFM/Digital, Analytics, and Product leadership.
Clearly communicate priorities, status, and results via executive summaries and recap documents.
Help translate strategy into clear, concise narratives that leadership and cross
functional teams can rally around.
Ideal Experience & Skills
5–8 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally with experience in AI, data platforms, or technical products.
Experience running integrated campaigns and flagship event narratives.
Strong track record in positioning and messaging, especially for complex or multi
product stories.
Cross
functional orchestration across Brand, Product, Demand Gen, Events, and Sales/SUCCESS.
Owning/driving end
to
end GTM for launches or campaigns.
Comfortable operating in high
ambiguity, fast
moving environments and making thoughtful tradeoffs when capacity is constrained.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to write crisp briefs and decks, and present to senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with collaboration/work management tools is a plus.
