About Client:

The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range: $65-$75/Hr

Job Description:

8 years of experience with IAM and Active Directory with minimum 5 years in architecture and designing systems with AD authentication and authorization in medium and large enterprise environments

Tools

AD and Entra ID (Must have)

AD, LDAP, Directories and Databases

SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Radius

SailPoint IGA

Networking, DNS, SMTP

Skills:

Expert level knowledge and experience in architecture, design, configuration, best practices and troubleshooting Active Directory integrations with enterprise systems and home grown applications for authentication and authorization

In depth understanding of Active Directory features for authentication and authorization

In depth understanding of IAM security models for authentication and authorization and how entitlements are stored and used in applications

Hands on experience integrating home grown and COTS applications with Active Directory

Understanding of IAM tools such as SailPoint and Entra ID

Knowledge of Java, .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python for AD and Entra ID authentication and authorization

Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID APIs, endpoints and SDKs

Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC and ADFS

Ability to guide engineering and development teams

Strong coordination and communication skills

Ability to anticipate and manage risks and dependencies

Excellent communication, leadership and client facing skills

Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide analysis for applications refactored for Active Directory authorization

Guide analysis of applications and entitlements to be externalized to Active Directory

Serve as subject matter expert for integrating home grown and COTS applications with Active Directory and Entra ID

Guide application architecture teams on best practices for Active Directory based authorization models

Guide development teams on libraries and frameworks for Active Directory authorization

Conduct workshops and Q and A sessions for application teams
