Role Description
Senturion is seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Manager

for a full‑time, on‑site role in Ontario, CA.

In this position, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, track performance metrics, and contribute to achieving sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns

Manage daily client communications and ensure timely follow‑up

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals

Provide solutions to client needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or customer relationship management

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach

Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, not required)

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided
