You will work collaboratively with the creative team and will interact with the greater marketing, e-commerce, and product teams. While this position will report to the Creative Director, the individual will need to be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, content-driven environment with high output across channels./ppThis role requires balancing strong creative execution with an understanding of how design impacts engagement, conversion, and overall campaign performance./ph3Essential Job Functions/h3pDigital Design (70%)/pulliShort-form and motion-first content design and produce short-form video and motion assets for social, paid media, and ecommerce (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)/liliDevelop campaign creative for A/B testing and performance optimization across paid and owned channels/liliCreate platform-specific content tailored to channels like including social and paid media ecosystems, blogs, and email/liliDigital production across formats (banners, ads, animation/video)/liliSupport in creating and adhering to brand guidelines for digital spaces and ensuring consistency across all channels/liliContribute to and help maintain scalable digital design systems and component libraries across channels/liliPartner with the web team to support ongoing layout and design optimization across homepage, collection pages, PDPs, and landing pages./li/ulpAsset Production (20%)/pulliProduct photography, video, and animation to support digital/liliSupport integration of user-generated and partner content into digital campaigns where applicable/liliWorking with photographers, videographers, and creative contractors to create assets to support digital campaign needs/liliVideo production to support product and campaign needs/liliAnimation production/li/ulpMiscellaneous (10%)/pulliSupport content capture and asset creation for real-time or rapid-turn social media or broad marketing needs/liliFlexibility to support creative team during sales meetings, tradeshows, events etc. when cyclical busy periods arise/liliPhoto and video shoot support studio and lifestyle/liliSupport printed sales support assets during busy peak periods/li/ulh3Professional Requirements/Qualifications/h3ulli6+ years of professional graphic design experience to include:/liulliCreating motion graphics, animations, and video edits to support campaigns and social content/liliDigital/social campaign design work/liliWeb production/liliProficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)/liliFamiliarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Figma, Miro)/liliBasic understanding of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., generative fill, image generation, workflow acceleration)/liliExperience working within Digital Asset Management systems/liliExperience working with project management systems/li/ul/ululliExperience developing creative informed by performance metrics, testing, and optimization/liliEffective in cross-functional team environment/liliDemonstrated ability to work flexible schedules to meet project deadlines/liliExperience collaborating with and providing direction to freelance designers and external partners/liliDetail-oriented, able to effectively prioritize multiple projects and thrive in fast-paced environment with diverse work/liliHighly organized with experience managing assets in shared systems and scalable file structures/li/ulh3Bonus Qualifications/h3ulliA passion and excitement for outdoor spaces and activities/liliExperience with 3D Modeling/liliFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)/liliUnderstanding of CMS environments/liliExperience designing for social-first or content-driven brands/liliUnderstanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG) in digital design/liliPrint production.
