About the Opportunity
A fast-growing and tech-focused insurance company, is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator / Producer Engagement Manager to join their collaborative marketing team in Durham. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting both marketing execution and producer/sales engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong marketing executor with excellent project management skills, a sharp creative eye, and the ability to produce high-quality marketing assets across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives across:
- Social media
- Email marketing
- Press releases
- Presentations
- Branded collateral
- Coordinate production timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets
Create and update:
- Social graphics
- Marketing collateral
- Email layouts
- Branded documents
- Presentation materials
- Support publication and rate sheet design initiatives
Producer & Sales Engagement
- Own and support the company’s Producer Support & Momentum Club (sales incentive/rewards program)
- Coordinate producer engagement campaigns and targeted messaging
- Manage swag, gifts, and fulfillment tied to sales milestones
- Support sales-facing events, conferences, and engagement initiatives
- Act as a marketing liaison supporting sales initiatives and producer-facing campaigns
Events & Brand Support
- Assist with executive events and industry conferences
- Research conferences, special events, and sponsorship opportunities
- Support branding, logo, and template initiatives
- Help maintain marketing inventory and promotional materials
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of marketing coordinator / marketing specialist experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong background in marketing execution (not strategy-only)
Experience supporting:
- Sales engagement programs
- Producer/customer engagement campaigns
- Events or sales initiatives
- Strong graphic design skills with a professional portfolio required
Advanced experience with:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Creative Suite
Experience creating:
- Social media graphics
- Marketing collateral
- Email campaigns
Presentations
- Exposure to social media marketing and content creation
- Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within:
- Insurance
- Financial services
- Healthcare
- Other regulated industries
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- CRM exposure
Experience with:
