If you are a technical lead who takes pride in a flawless cut and wants to work for a company that respects your expertise, this is your ideal career home./ph3What You Will Be Doing/h3ulliOperating advanced CO? and Fiber flat sheet lasers to produce precision, low-volume metal components/liliPerforming independent, complex machine setups and making real-time parameter adjustments to ensure optimal cut quality/liliReading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings and blueprints to confirm exacting project specifications/liliConducting rigorous quality checks using pin gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring devices to maintain ISO standards/liliSafely operating overhead cranes and forklifts to manage raw sheet metal and move finished materials/liliCollaborating with area supervisors and the production team to meet tight deadlines in a high-quality environment/liliMaintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing principles/li/ulh3What We Are Looking For/h3ulliTechnical Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience in industrial laser cutting; proven ability to troubleshoot and adjust settings independently/liliBlueprint Literacy: Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools for quality verification/liliReliability: A rock-solid work history with a record of consistent attendancethis is critical for our high-performance 2nd shift team/liliEquipment Experience: Previous experience with Amada equipment and industrial material handling (cranes/forklifts) is highly desirable/liliLongevity: A preference for candidates who have shown long-term commitment to their previous employers/liliRequirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within 45 minutes of the West Bend area/li/ul/div
