Director - Patient Access

**Education*** Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* Master's degree preferred.**Experience*** Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in hospital/health care administration and/or revenue cycle required.* At least 10 years of progressive management experience working with multi-disciplinary groups required.* Recent experience in an acute and/or post acute care provider setting, multi-hospital system, or large multi-specialty physician group setting is required.**License/Certifications*** N/A**Skills/Knowledge/Abilities*** Knowledge of healthcare delivery, business growth and strategies and standard finance/budget practices.* Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding registration.* Knowledge of payor authorization requirements.
