Job Summary
The Director position starts out as a Director-In‑Training role for the first 90‑day period. After which, it will develop into a full‑time (35‑40 hr) position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym location. The Director In Training reports directly to the owner of The Little Gym of Frisco West. This position requires weekday, evening and weekend availability. Base pay range is $19‑22/hour, with opportunity for a bonus compensation package based on performance and enrollment numbers.
Responsibilities
- Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
- Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none
- Manage day‑to‑day operations
- Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
- Maintain facility and equipment
- Sell The Little Gym program to new customers
Qualifications
- A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
- Sales and customer service experience
- Marketing, business development and community engagement experience is a big plus!
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Have a passion for getting involved in your local community

Compensation
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
