Role OverviewThe Director, BREEZE leads the performance, deployment, and growth of PCI’s technology ecosystem. This role drives BREEZE as a scalable, revenue-generating operating layer across the portfolio, aligning technology with real-world execution and client outcomes.The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring BREEZE delivers measurable impact across operations, revenue, and customer experience.Success is defined by strong adoption, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and consistent scalability across assets.Core Accountabilities1. Full P&L OwnershipOwn and drive the financial performance of BREEZE across the portfolioDevelop and manage proformas, pricing strategies, and business cases for deploymentsTrack and report on revenue, margin, and cost structure tied to BREEZE initiativesIdentify and execute opportunities to increase yield and improve operating efficiency2. Deployment, Adoption, and ScalingLead end-to-end deployment of BREEZE across new and existing locationsEnsure consistency in setup, pricing logic, enforcement rules, and user experienceBuild and implement standardized deployment and onboarding playbooksDrive strong adoption at the field level in partnership with operations leadership3. Operational IntegrationIntegrate BREEZE seamlessly into daily operations across the portfolioPartner with regional and site leadership to ensure alignment and executionStreamline workflows between technology and field teamsReinforce PCI’s service standards through consistent platform usage4. Client Ownership and Revenue SupportServe as a senior point of contact for BREEZE-related client engagementSupport business development efforts, including RFPs and client presentationsClearly communicate the value of BREEZE through measurable outcomesStrengthen client relationships through performance, transparency, and results5. Team Leadership and BuildoutBuild, lead, and scale the BREEZE teamDefine roles across deployment, support, analytics, and trainingRecruit, onboard, and develop high-performing talentEstablish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards6. Vendor and Technology ManagementManage relationships with PARCS providers, pay-by-cell platforms, LPR vendors, and other partnersOversee integrations and ensure system reliability and uptimeEvaluate and implement third-party tools that enhance operational or financial performanceMaintain strong vendor accountability and service standards7. Training and EnablementLead training strategy for both internal teams and clientsDevelop structured onboarding and certification programsEnsure training evolves alongside platform enhancementsDrive consistency in platform usage across all locations8.
