*Commercial Account Manager*
*Position Type: Full-Time in person - Position is Not Remote *
*Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm *
*Experience Required Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial Insurance at an Insurance Agency. *

*Position Overview:*
*We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.*
*This role involves detailed Renewal Review Process of our Commercial Clients starting 120 days out, managing certificates of insurance, discussing coverage with clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, quoting new and renewal business, and completing all relevant ACORD forms.*
*You must be confident conducting weekly renewal meetings via Microsoft Teams and in person as needed with one or more business owners.*
*Must have car and transportation to go out and see local clients as needed to do Reviews in person when required. *
*Key Responsibilities:*
*- Conduct comprehensive commercial renewal reviews with clients 60+ days prior to expiration*
*- Review coverages and exposures, and confidently explain coverage details, terms, and options*
*- Approve and issue certificates of insurance*
*- Identify missing coverages and discuss upsell and cross-sell opportunities tailored to client needs*
*- Quote new business and remarket renewal policies as needed*
*- Complete and manage ACORD forms (125, 126, 130, 131, etc.)*
*- Maintain retention goals (monthly retention target applies)*
*- Meet a monthly sales goal through proactive outreach and referrals*
*- Document all client interactions in the agency management system*
*- Collaborate with producers, assistants, and underwriters to ensure high-quality service*
*- Maintain a high level of knowledge about commercial insurance markets, products, and carrier appetites*
*Qualifications:*
*- MUST have Minimum 3-5 years of commercial lines insurance experience required*
*- MUST have current Active New York State Property & Casualty license (P&C license required)*
*- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages including GL, Property, Business Auto, Umbrella, WC, Disability/Paid Family Leave, Bonds, Property, Inland Marine, Pollution Liability and Cyber Liability*
*- Proficient with creating ACORD forms and re-marketing existing business with multiple carriers. *
*- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams*
*- Excellent organizational and time management skills*
*- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization skills*
