Job Description
A D365 Project Sales role combines D365 technical understanding with strong sales acumen to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions while driving revenue growth. This position is ideal for professionals who understand project sales cycles, and work closely with both external stakeholders and the internal solutions team.
The position directly reports to the President & CEO and may have direct reports down the line.
Role Overview
The D365 Project Sales professional is responsible for securing Dynamics 365 project engagements, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Management: Create and manage project leads, opportunities, and SOW quotes; use Dynamics 365 Project Operations to build customized estimates and quotes for each deal
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the client as well as internal teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
Contract & Governance: Review and draft contracts, ensure scope and dependencies are clear
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, provide regular status updates, and ensure compliance with standards
Vendor & Team Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and lead cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
Experience: 8-10+ years in Sales Lifecycle management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) environment
Certification: Microsoft Sales Certification
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules,
Soft Skills: Excellent communication & leadership
