Mentality/liliThose who value teamwork, family, and community/li/ulpEvent Producer Job Summary: The Event Producer will, under the general direction of Executive and Senior Event Sales Managers, will be responsible for developing existing business and initiating new business. The Event Producer will be responsible for the organization of events from inception to execution including proposals, menu development, contracts, deposits, walkthroughs, rentals, staffing, delivery, dcor, set up, timeline and tear down. Starting at $26/hour (depending on experience) plus incentives!/ppEvent Producer responsibilities:/pulliActs as the liaison between the client and Cameron Mitchell Premier Events/liliAssures proper event execution, service and safety standards/liliPractices and supports Cameron Mitchell Restaurants culture and exhibits Genuine Hospitality at all times/liliTakes and responds to initial client inquiries via phone and internet/liliCreates proposal in line with clients vision and company standards/liliMeets with client to make rental selections, begin preliminary details/liliUnderstands and navigates through Caterease/liliInputs new events and modifies current events in Caterease/liliAttends walkthroughs and client meetings/liliCommunicates to client professionally at all times via email, in person or via phone/liliManages time within given schedule/liliResponsible for client billing/liliAttends networking events as needed/liliWeekly review of period, quarter and yearly sales goals/li/ulpEvent Producer skills:/pulli2+ years of catering, sales or venue experience/liliAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment/liliExcellent team development and leadership skills/liliPreferred: Bachelors degree in related field/li/ulpEssential Responsibilities Include the following and other responsibilities that may be assigned:/polliReports to work on time as indicated on the work schedule. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts./liliExemplifies hospitality standards. Answers guests questions about the restaurant. Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority./liliCooperates with management and co-workers to assists others with duties, if needed. Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion./liliFollows all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant.
