Compensation
$25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
The Craftsman will perform tasks across multiple trades, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Proper use of required equipment and tools

Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and professionally

Communicating effectively with management, office personnel, coworkers, and customers

Maintaining a clean‑cut, professional appearance, organized tools, and a presentable vehicle

Observing properties, identifying repair opportunities, and communicating options to customers

Building customer confidence, offering additional services, and promoting repeat business

Demonstrating punctuality, efficiency, and integrity at all times

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a solid overall knowledge of the following trades:

Plumbing

Carpentry

Tile work

Electrical

Drywall installation and repair

Additional qualifications include:

Ability to work independently, with strong problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Possession or access to appropriate tools for the tasks at hand (not required to own every tool)
