Chief Artistic Programming & Strategy Lead

Hirebridge is looking for a Chief Artistic Programming Officer (CAPO) to join their Executive Team in St. Louis. This role involves shaping artistic strategies and programming for the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra (SLSO), overseeing special artistic projects, and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing successful teams. The CAPO will play a critical role in elevating the SLSO as a leading arts organization and will oversee the planning for the orchestra's 150th anniversary in 2030.
