Business Development Manager, AI

Job Description:

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for New Charter's AI solutions and services.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients seeking AI adoption and integration support.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients navigating AI strategy, tooling, and implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price AI enablement engagements.
Build relationships with AI technology vendors and ecosystem partners to enhance NCT's solution offerings.
Partner with marketing to develop AI-focused content, case studies, and demand generation campaigns.
Educate internal sales teams on AI enablement offerings and positioning.
Represent New Charter at industry events, webinars, and partner forums related to AI and digital transformation.
Maintain pipeline data and forecasting accuracy within the CRM.
Requirements:

4+ years of technology sales or business development experience
Familiarity with AI platforms, tools, and use cases (Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, automation platforms, etc.)
Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
