Duties and Responsibilities

Specifically in Commodities items of Ocean FCL Product

According to targets set by the Company in volume/TEUs & Gross Profit

Via own account development and through country
etwork Sales.

Liaison

Sales Teams – to assist them in customer coverage and country Pipeline

Operations – in-country, to ensure full SOP/smooth handling of shipments

Procurement – in-country & Regional, to ensure a relevant mix of equipment, space & rate is available

Maintain clear reporting of monthly activities & accomplishments with the Global Head of Commodities and network colleagues

Lead & maintain a national Pipeline of Commodities accounts sufficient for Budget

Become familiar with the Company’s ISC solutions as another Sales channel

Find suitable Commodities Exhibitions and Shows for attendance & client promotion.

Assist network offices to have a sellable Commodities customer product to reach scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics management in a related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry trends, best practices, and regulations.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.

Fluent in English (oral and written)

Computer Literacy

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation
For this position, the expected base pay range is $117,760.00 – $139,700.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
