Social Media Replication (SMR) Computer Systems Technologist

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Replication (SMR) Computer Systems Technologist I to join our dynamic team supporting mission training operations at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, CA.

This role supports the development of realistic, simulated social media environments that enhance training effectiveness for Brigade Combat Teams (BCTs) by replicating real-world operational scenarios.

The base salary for this position is $69,680 to $70,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in replicating realistic social media environments to support OSINT training during rotations

Coordinate with Operations Group to develop and submit social media content for review and approval prior to release

Populate and maintain a simulated closed-loop internet environment using government-provided networks

Create web pages and develop realistic social media profiles using approved NTC templates

Produce training content that replicates real-world scenarios for rotational units

Support installation, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of web-based services and applications

Ensure compliance with Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity requirements

Prepare daily summary reports of social media activity for review and approval by NTC support staff

Provide input for Monthly Status Reports (MSR) by the 3rd of each month

Provide input to staffing reports by the 5th and 14th of each month

Ensure all materials created remain government property and are not released without COR authorization
