Executive Producer (Contract)

Leading complex, multidisciplinary initiatives, the Executive Producer (Contract) will manage brand strategy, digital projects, and campaign execution in a remote, contract role while ensuring operational excellence and client partnership.
Key responsibilities

Lead projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating across brand, digital, and campaign work
Serve as the senior client partner, managing client relationships and navigating challenging conversations
Oversee project intake, staffing, timelines, budgets, and overall delivery health

Required qualifications

8+ years of experience in digital, brand, marketing, or integrated production engagements
Proven operational leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and project planning
Experience leading large cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, writing, and technology
Strong client partnership skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and pressure
Familiarity with managing ongoing client relationships and retainers is a plus
